Family day care

Family day care services with sun protection practices incorporated into their daily routines and activities can join the SunSmart early childhood membership program.

Practices are recorded in a written sun protection policy, which is approved by Cancer Council Victoria.

Download the SunSmart family day care application and agreement form [pdf 476K] to join the SunSmart early childhood program.

Complete the SunSmart online policy review to ensure your policy is up-to-date and working well. The review automatically renews your membership. SunSmart recommends that family day care services evaluate their policy at least every two years.
